September 6th through November 19th

Physical Challenge

  • I will do some form of exercise everyday for 30 minutes or more.

  • I will eat a healthy diet ( examples- no fast food, low carb or low fat, vegan, paleo, keto, ) - what you think your body needs and what you think you need to remove.

  • I will remove all processed sugar from diet. 

  • I will drink only water, coffee or tea with ZERO sweeteners.

Spiritual Challenge

  • I will do 10 minutes of bible reading or listening a day.

  • I will do 10 minutes of worship, prayer and alone time with Jesus. 

  • I will participate in the following devotional plans on YouVersion.
