September 6th through November 19th
Physical Challenge
I will do some form of exercise everyday for 30 minutes or more.
I will eat a healthy diet ( examples- no fast food, low carb or low fat, vegan, paleo, keto, ) - what you think your body needs and what you think you need to remove.
I will remove all processed sugar from diet.
I will drink only water, coffee or tea with ZERO sweeteners.
Spiritual Challenge
I will do 10 minutes of bible reading or listening a day.
I will do 10 minutes of worship, prayer and alone time with Jesus.
I will participate in the following devotional plans on YouVersion.
